How to measure

The fastest way to get this right is to measure a shirt you already own and love the fit of. Lay it flat and compare it to the chart above.

Width — measure straight across the chest, one inch below the armhole, seam to seam. Don't stretch the fabric.

Length — from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.

Sleeve — from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

If you'd rather measure yourself: wrap a tape around the fullest part of your chest, keep it level, and divide that number by two. That's your target width — then add an inch or two for comfort.

About the fit

These are cut athletic — closer through the chest and shoulders than a standard boxy tee, without restricting movement.

Between sizes? Size up. Prefer a looser, streetwear fit? Size up. Want it fitted? Take your true size.

Common questions

Will it shrink in the wash?

The 60% cotton, 40% polyester blend resists shrinking far better than 100% cotton. Wash cold, tumble dry low, and expect minimal change.

I'm between two sizes. Which one?

Go with the larger. A shirt that's slightly roomy reads intentional. A shirt that's slightly tight reads like a mistake.

Do all designs fit the same?

Yes. Every tee uses the same blank and the same cut.

SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum, no exceptions. We cover it.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Every item is made to order — printed for you after you buy it, not pulled off a shelf. That means two stages:

Production: 2–5 business days
Transit: 3–7 business days
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your shirt ships. If you haven't received tracking after 7 business days, contact us and we'll locate it.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. We currently do not ship outside the United States.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

We can only change a shipping address before production begins. Please contact us immediately if you notice a mistake. Once a package ships to an address provided at checkout, we are unable to recover it.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? We replace it free. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — you don't need to return anything.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? Because every shirt is printed to order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Please check our size guide before ordering. It takes thirty seconds and it's the best way to avoid a return.

WHAT WE CAN'T ACCEPT

- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout

Contact us with your order number and, for damaged or misprinted items, a photo. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Sizing & Fit

How do your gym t-shirts fit?

Athletic fit — cut closer through the chest and shoulders than a standard boxy tee, without restricting movement. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up.

What sizes do you offer?

Most designs run XS through 4XL. A few run XS through 3XL depending on the print provider.

Are these men's or unisex t-shirts?

The cut is unisex, but the designs and fit are built with men in mind. Women who prefer an oversized fit often size down.

Will the shirt shrink in the wash?

The cotton-polyester blend is far more shrink-resistant than 100% cotton. Wash cold and tumble dry low and you'll see minimal change.

Product & Care

What are your t-shirts made of?

60% combed ring-spun cotton, 40% polyester. Light, breathable, soft from the first wear — and durable enough to handle heavy training and constant washing.

How do I wash it so the print lasts?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip the bleach and don't iron directly over the print.

Do that and the graphic outlasts the shirt.

Will the print crack or peel?

Not with normal care. We use direct-to-garment printing, which soaks the ink into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it like a vinyl transfer.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

5 to 12 business days total — 2 to 5 for printing, 3 to 7 for delivery. Full details on our Shipping page.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is included on all orders within the United States. No minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email once your package ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. United States only.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

Different designs are sometimes printed at different facilities. If you ordered multiple shirts, they may ship separately. You're never charged extra.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a t-shirt?

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Email us at hello@beastmodementality.com with your order number. We'll walk you through the exchange.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?

Send us a photo and your order number. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
